The Challenge

Steyr Arms had migrated to Magento 2 with another agency. They knew that their new website should not be this slow and buggy. Time and time again they would submit issues to the original web agency. The issues would get fixed within 3-5 days and promptly return. Strangely enough the agency would charge them to re-fix the same issue again.
